Like Brad Henry said, a good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill a love of learning! to achive all of this is important the teacher has a right way to guide to his students.  
It is very important, the teachers must have the abilities pedagogics and didactics, including the knowledge in Tics because in the actuality the process of the learning is based in technology.
  • Get organized, stablish goals and the ways to got it. 
  • Develop rules and strategies of motivation.
  • In this process is important that the teachers have taken into account the learning problems and needs of their students.
  • Be brief in the indications and directions.
  • Students in the classroom could be separated into groups and their performance taken into account apply different strategies that allow leveling the learning process of students.
  • Perform play activities in order to encourage students and avoid monotony in the classes.
  • Using the tics, implement online games that awaken students' interest in learning English.
  • Be an assertive teacher, try to be an authority figure but their friend too but do not to go so far, to understand them all the time.
  • Teaching and making lessons relevant to their lives and involve them in the activities.

  1. To be open minded to new costumes, people from all around the world with different life styles and perspectives about life.
  2. Travel a lot and know different cultures.

  4. Be a commited person with the things that you want to do.
  5. Willingness to learn a new foreign language and to review the basis of the language daily and the lessons in order to no forget how to communicate in that language. Be constant in the Learning, involve the ICT's in your learning process and take them. 
  6. To use different and a variety of means to be able to learn the language very well as: watching movies and the news, listening to music, Reading books, conversations with native speaker or my friends.
  7. Thinking in the language we have chosen in mind and to stop translating in your head with words in our native language.
  8. Try to learn a certain number of words every day to increase our vocabulary in that foreign language as one of the main strategies to have a strong matter of the language.
  9. Use your imagination, as a teacher and as a person you must be a creative person to do everything in different ways.
  10. Be open to new experiences and to go out of your comfort place.
